Help Point

Do you understand which Council is responsible for which service? Is it all a mystery?

Burgess Hill Town Council’s Help Point is a ‘One Stop Shop’ and provides a single point of contact for all local government and health authority enquiries in West Sussex, such as:

Bus and rail passesHelp Point Logo
Rubbish collection enquiries
Street light fault reporting
Information on education
Blue badges
Photocopying facility (fee applicable)
Bus & rail timetables
Information on local and national attractions (fully networked Tourist Information Centre)
B & B/Hotel booking service

The Help Point is run by a friendly, dedicated team who will go that ‘extra mile’ to help their customers and they aim to provide you with immediate answers to your questions. If they are unable to help then they will put you in contact with someone who can.
