Access

Burgess Hill Town Council Help Point holds an Access Surgery on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month from 9.30 - 11.30am, (no appointment necessary). Disabled Access signAdvisors will be on hand to answer questions and offer help regarding access issues for the disabled. 

Complaints on Access

Iain Robertson is the Building Control Leader at Mid Sussex District Council, telephone: 01444 477345. However, MSDC cannot help with complaints about public access to shops. If you have a complaint you should take it up with the shop in the first instance. If you don't have any success you should take this up, as an individual, with the Equality & Human Rights Commission as follows:
