Car Parking

Car ParkingWith the exception of Market Place Car Park (also known as Waitrose Car Park) all the car parks in Burgess Hill are the responsibility of Mid Sussex District Council.

If you have a problem with any other car park in Burgess Hill you can report it to the Help Point on 01444 247726 or email helppoint@burgesshill.gov.uk.  You can also contact Mid Sussex District Council directly to the Car Park Department on 01444 477212 or visit the website www.midsussex.gov.uk.

Mid Sussex District Council operate various car parking payment schemes for their Car Parks.  For further information contact the Help Point on 01444 247726 or helppoint@burgesshillgov.uk.  Alternatively contact the District Council on 01444 477212 or www.midsussex.gov.uk.

Parking Dispensation Notices are issued to allow commercial vehicles and trades people to park in limited waiting bays or on yellow lines providing access to tools and equipment.  They are available from Mid Sussex District Council, for further information please telephone 01444 477212 or email parkinginfo@midsussex.gov.uk.  

To report lorry parking problems contact the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency VOSA at www.vosa.gov.uk where you can report problems of parking and dirty exhausts in confidence.
