All Standing Committee and Council meetings and the Environmental Issues Forum and Burgess Hill in Bloom Sub Committee meetings are open to the public, and are held in the Council Chamber in the Town Council offices.

Planning & Transport Committee meetings commence at 7 pm.  Environmental Issues Forum and Burgess Hill in Bloom meetings commence at 7.30 pm.  All remaining Council and full Committee meetings commence at 7.30 pm unless a speaker is giving a presentation.  Meetings with presentations will begin at 7 pm.

Agenda Notices for Council and Committee meetings are available on the Thursday prior to the meeting on Notice Boards around the town and in the Help Point window.
