Burnside day centre provides a wide range of activities and resources for approximately 110 adults with learning difficulties.

The Old Post Office Resource Centre, 32 Station Road, Burgess Hill.
The Centre is open Monday and Friday 10am - 3.45pm and for young people with learning difficulties on Saturdays 10am -12.30pm (the Frendz Young Peoples Club). They offer a variety of courses as well as information, advice and support.
