If you are a parent who wishes to make a complaint against a school you will need to follow the prospective school’s procedure, via the Head Teacher and Governing Body.  Parents can also get advice from West Sussex County Council’s Education Office on 0845 075 1007 or by emailing cyps@westsussex.gov.uk
