The street light outside my house is not working.  How can I get this fixed?Street light

Very simply, just call the Help Point.  The majority of street lights in West Sussex are owned by West Sussex County Council and they have a contractor who looks after these lights.  Make a note of the column number, which should be clearly visible, and ring that in along with the road name.  the Help Point staff can then contact the West Sussex County Council contractor who will endeavour to fix it promptly.  Where a column number is not evident please give the Help Point staff clear instructions as to the location of the light.
