• If you call in or telephone we will answer your query ourselves or put you in touch with or direct you to the right person in the right department.

• If that person is out, he or she or their representative will call you back by the end of the next working day.

• If we cannot resolve your query at the time, we will respond within
  10 working days or give you an explanation for any delay.

• We will do our best to ensure that any information we give you is accurate and up-to-date.
