Refuse from domestic properties is collected weekly and should be made available from 7.00am on your collection day.  You are now required to place your landfill waste and recycling outside the front of your property in wheelie bins.  Refuse and recycling collections are the responsibility of Mid Sussex District Council, however, if you need to organize a ‘missed collection’ or find out what day your refuse is due to be pick up, please call the Help Point. 

Garden Waste will only be accepted by the refuse collectors if it is contained in Mid Sussex District Council garden refuse sacks. You will need to purchase these from the Help Point. You just put these out with your household refuse.
