A Housing Benefit and Council Tax surgery is held at the Help Point every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-12.30pm and on Wednesday from 2pm-4pm. No appointment is necessary.

A Benefits Officer from Mid Sussex District Council is on hand to help with claim forms, receive documents to support benefits claims and provide general advice on Housing and Council Tax benefit. Council Tax queries can also be dealt with and arrangements can be made to pay the charge.  

Please note that benefits leaflets and forms can be obtained during Help Point opening hours although payments cannot be accepted.
