A Pension Service surgery is held at the Help Point on the second Monday of each month from 9am-4pm . No appointment is necessary.

Customers can come and discuss any queries or concerns they have about their State Retirement Pension, the new Pension Credit and any other Department of Work and Pensions Benefit or entitlement with officers from the local Pension Service.  The Pension Service is part of the Department of Work and Pensions.

Customer Liaison Managers can offer help and advice on benefit entitlement, document verification, form filling and explanations of entitlement calculations.
