The Help Point is run by a friendly, dedicated team here to help you.  It provides a single point of contact for all local government enquiries, as well as a fully networked Tourist Information Centre.  The Help Point also works in partnership with West Sussex County Council, Mid Sussex District Council,  Downland Housing Association, West Sussex Primary Care Trust, The Pension Service and West Sussex Connexions.

We aim to provide you with immediate answers to your questions, and if we are unable to help we will put you in contact with someone who can.

Help Point opening hours are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Wednesday - 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Saturday - 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
