The Disabilities Trust run Ernest Klienwort Court, a residential home for people with disabilities. This is located at Oakenfield, off Maple Drive, Burgess Hill, RH15 8SJ.
The service offers a range of accommodation and care packages for 35 adults with physical disabilities. There are seven independent flats, two bungalows and 22 private bedrooms in this single story, purpose built unit.
Each private bedroom has en-suite bathroom and toilet facilities, a lockable front door, call system and use of a hoist, if required. Assisted bathrooms are available if necessary. There is a central communal garden where residents enjoy social events, a large lounge, dining room and activity centre. Adapted kitchens offer residents the option of self-catering.
