There are three Farmers' Markets in Mid Sussex. On most Thursdays throughout the year you can buy wonderful food and drink and a range of other items direct from the producers. Fruit and vegetables, dairy products, meats, game, fish and poultry, farm fresh eggs, wines, liqueurs, bread and cakes and savoury pastries, jams, pickles, chutneys, seafood, plants and flowers and craft products are all on offer at the markets.

With markets at East Grinstead on the first Thursday of each month, at Burgess Hill on the second Thursday and Haywards Heath on the third Thursday, there is bound to be a farmers' market on near you most weeks throughout the year- so why not pay them a visit soon!

For details of all the Farmers' Markets in the district visit the Mid Sussex District Council website.
