There are two Festivals in Burgess Hill every year. The Summer Festival takes place at the beginning of June, and the Christmas Festival at the beginning of  December. 

Festivals are organised by the Burgess  Hill Community Festival Association.

When did it start?

Burgess Hill Festival began 18 years ago with 5 events on its 2-day programme. 

The aims

To positively promote Burgess Hill; to provide family entertainment thus building a strong community spirit; to involve as many local organisations and businesses as possible; to provide a vehicle for numerous organisations to demonstrate their talents and skills; and raise money for worthwhile causes.

Target audience

Burgess Hill and Mid Sussex residents of all ages and abilities.
