Have you ever considered sponsoring a roundabout? Burgess Hill Town Council own eight in total and although all sites are currently sponsored, do not let it deter you from registering on the waiting list.

With a population of over 29,000 residents and a strong business community it is an excellent way to promote and publicise your company whilst also giving something back to the community.  Businesses entering into the sponsorship scheme will receive publicity via signs placed on the roundabouts, the local press and the Town Council’s ‘About Town’ magazine, produced quarterly and distributed with the Leader newspaper to all Burgess Hill households.

The Town Council work hard to create a different visual experience on each site.  As impending applications for drought orders were being discussed in 2006, the Town council liaised with the local water company and took the decision not to continue with the use of annual bedding plants and changed to a mixture of drought tolerant planting displays and hard landscaping.  Garden Pride Garden Centre, our main sponsor, were on hand to assist with expert advice.
