Free Improvisation taster session

Improv is theatre (or comedy) without a script. It’s stories and scenes made up on the spot. But it is many other things as well. It is a great way to build confidence and calm under pressure. And to work on your creativity. And to just meet people. Our taster sessions are an opportunity to dip your toe in and see what an improv class is. During the session, you will be introduced to core improv principles like ‘yes and’. With a low-pressure group warm-up and a selection of group and pair exercises, you will get a glimpse of what improv really means.
They welcome anyone over the age of 18, regardless of background, education, physical ability, sexuality and gender, language or any other form of identity.
