Hype Nation offers inclusive and accessible Drum & Bass Dance Fitness classes that energise and inspire.

These high energy sessions are the perfect way to kick off your week with a dose of rhythm, movement, and community.

This class runs from 7:30 to 8:30 PM and is held in a welcoming space where everyone, regardless of experience, can let loose and enjoy the infectious beats of drum and bass.
