Tech Talk – What You Need to Know if You Are Still Running Windows 10

Spire Computer Help, a local volunteer group helping people feel more confident with technology, is launching free monthly tech talks starting this September.

The sessions are friendly, jargon-free, and perfect for anyone who feels left behind by technology. Talks start at 2:30pm and last around 45 minutes, with time for questions and individual support afterwards. Refreshments provided – donations welcome.

With Microsoft ending support for Windows 10 in October 2025, this talk will explain what it means for your device, how it could affect your security, and what options you have – whether that’s upgrading, replacing your laptop, or making simple changes to extend support.
