United by Sport: Keymer Hall & BHTFC tackle Dementia

17 June

Burgess Hill Town FC and Keymer Hall Care Home are proud to announce the launch of the Sporting Legends Cafe.

A new monthly community group open to local older adults, sports fan, and anyone who loves good conversation. Starting Wednesday 17th June, 10:00am to 12 noon, at Keymer Hall on Kings Way, the group offers a warm, welcoming space to share favourite sporting memories, reflect on local football history, and enjoy great company. For people living with dementia, familiar sporting moments can spark real recognition and joy. But this group is for everyone. It’s also about tackling loneliness, and the door is open to any sports lover in the community.

Sessions run on the third Wednesday of each month. Bring along any memorabilia, photographs, or programmes that tell your sporting story.

To find out more, contact the team at 01444 222 548.
