The Christmas Festival 2026

It’s never too early to think about Christmas!

We are excited to announce the return of the Christmas Chalets in 2026 with a bigger and better event!

Following on from a meeting of the Community Engagement Committee on Monday 19th January we are pleased to announce the Christmas Festival will be held on 26th-29th November on Church Walk. There will be a packed program of entertainment and lots of businesses selling their wares.

Following feedback, from the 2025 event, the hours will be extended with the chalets open from 11am Thursday and Friday, and 10am on Saturday and Sunday! Thursday will see the Christmas lights switch on and entertainment will run up until the close of the chalets every night, with something for everyone to enjoy.

Save the dates – we can’t wait to welcome you to the Christmas Festival, with lots of festive cheer!

Chalet Hire

Beautiful chalets will line Church Walk from 26 until 29 November for The Burgess Hill Christmas Festival, and we are looking for the final few businesses to join the event by hiring a chalet.

There will be free activities and musical entertainment to draw in the crowds, so why not join us? We are looking for businesses offering food and drink to consume onsite, or to take home, as well as unique gifts, clothing and art. This is the perfect event to showcase your wares to your local community.
