CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANT
£20,092 – £21,748 – 37hrs/week
Closing date 16 December 2020, Interview Date 7 January 2021.

A full time Customer Services Assistant is needed to work in our busy Help Point providing advice and guidance to the public.

If YOU want to work in a job where no two days are ever the same and enjoy helping people;
Are a confident communicator face to face and on the phone;
Are hardworking, IT literate to a high level, flexible, motivated and organised; and
Are committed to providing excellent customer service.
