Finance & Administration Officer
SCP 13-18 £29,064 – £31,537 (pay award pending)
Are you looking for an office-based role at the heart of a busy public facing organisation? If so, this may be the role for you. Following the retirement of the previous post holder, we are looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to join our Finance and Corporate Services team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Corporate Services, the role will support finance, payroll, purchasing, and general administration, helping to ensure the efficient day to day operation of the service.
Key responsibilities include:
-Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
-Raising and managing daily purchase orders using Sage Accounting
-Maintaining accurate financial records
-Supporting payroll processing using Sage Payroll
-Providing general administrative and office support
Essential requirements:
-Excellent working knowledge of Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll
-Experience in a finance, payroll, or administrative role
-Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
