Rock up and Ride
A Coach from Gosport BMX will be available to offer coaching to children of all ages on Tuesday 4th August, at Burgess Hill BMX track. Whether they are new to the track or want some help to progress their skills, coach Niki will be on hand!
Coaching will be available at 11am, 12.30pm, 2pm and 3pm, each session will last 45 minutes, but spaces must be booked in advance. Those not wishing to be coached, can drop along between 10.30am-4pm and enjoy the use of the track (between the coaching sessions) alongside music offered by DJ Matt! As well as get busy creating some graffiti style art with Jay’s Paint Shop, 11am-3pm. Sheddingdean Baptist Church will be attending with crafts for the little ones 11am-2pm, and Burgess Hill Football Club will be open to purchase hot drinks and cakes from.

Please only register for one session, you will then be notified by email that a space has been allocated. Spaces are not confirmed until receipt of an email stating so from Communityteam@burgesshill.gov.uk. Once coaching is fully booked we will operate a waiting list.
Please Note:
-All attendees are asked to wear long trousers and a suitable helmet, and will NOT be able to take part without them.
-They must also bring their own bike with pedals (no balance bikes) and must be a confident rider.
-Anyone in school year 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the session, but any young people of secondary school age may attend alone.
-Burgess Hill BMX track is situated off Maple Drive/Eastbridge Avenue.
Rock up and Ride is organised by Burgess Hill Town Council, funded by The Burgess Hill District Lions, and in coordination with Gosport BMX and Respect Youth Club. The Jay’s Paint Shop activity has been funded by Mid Sussex District Council.
