Housing and Council Tax Benefit
9am – 11am (No appointment necessary)
A Benefits Officer from Mid Sussex District Council is on hand to help with claim forms, receive documents to support benefits claims and provide general advice on Housing and Council Tax benefit. Please note that benefits leaflets and forms can be obtained during Help Point opening hours although payments cannot be accepted.

The Housing Advice Surgery is here to help if you are facing difficulties with your current housing or you need help to look for somewhere to live. The Housing Adviser can help with applying for a transfer or mutual exchange within social housing, disputes with your landlord, finding somewhere to live privately, applying for social housing, homelessness, low-cost home ownership, tenancy agreements and much more.
Mid Sussex Wellbeing Outreach
10am – 3.30pm (By appointment only – 01444 477191)
The Mid Sussex Wellbeing Service provides information, help and advice on all things that can affect wellbeing including ways to quit smoking, become more active, eat a balanced diet or to find ways to improve emotional and mental wellbeing.

2pm -5pm (Walk in clinic – no appointment necessary)
SHC Audiology provides hearing aid services at the Town Council offices on behalf of the NHS. Please note, the service is only available to patients who have been referred by their GP to SHC Audiology at the Town Council offices.
