Updated March 2022
This event has historically marked the end of the annual Summer Festival (Jubilee Fest will take place in 2022 replacing the Summer Festival).
We will continue to deliver this popular event enabling community groups to raise their profile, fund raise and show case their talents in our designated arena. For 2022 the event will be held on Sunday 19 June from 11am-3pm in St John’s Park.
Community Groups are able to register for a pitch by completing our online Summer Fayre 2022 Registration Form
If you have already completed your application form, this has been received by our team. We will be in touch in May to confirm with applicants.
Please note for the first Summer Fayre since 2019, we are allocating standard size pitches to all of 4m by 4m to ensure we can accommodate as many groups as possible. The pitch fee is used to contribute to the cost of the event. This event is open to community groups initially – that is a group that has a constitution, a committee and is not for profit. The pitch fee for all will be £10 for this event and this is non-refundable. Please note that we will be in contact with you to confirm you have a pitch and how you can make your payment.
